Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza Co Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Restaurant Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead a Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, lead by example, and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage Finances: Monitor and control restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Promote a culture of customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.

Education and Experience
  • Education: A minimum of a college diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
Language and Availability
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
