Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a private school cafeteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and client preferences.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a cook position.
  • Level 1 Food Safe Certificates.
  • Class 5 Driver License.
