Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Design and implement financial planning and analysis processes to drive business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide financial guidance and insights to support informed decision-making
  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve financial planning and analysis objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • 10+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
  • 7+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
  • Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory)
