Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Global Excel Management Inc. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a critical role in driving the future development of our business by providing creative interpretations and solution approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to interpret revenue streams and expenses
  • Support the Vice-President of Corporate Finance with annual and quarterly forecasts
  • Manage the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing financial guidance and insights to drive informed decision-making
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations showcasing financial insights and recommendations
  • Identify business risks and opportunities, and report on performance indicators
  • Interact frequently with finance business partners to develop a clear understanding of business issues
  • Review, design, and build dashboards in Workday and scenario modeling to support business growth and client acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
  • 10+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
  • 7+ years of previous leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen, collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
  • Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory)
  • Excellent reporting skills—written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, proactive, with the ability to multi-task
  • Commercial & Internal Customer Awareness
