Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EAZYFOODS Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and prepare budget and cost estimates for future planning.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, and lead by example in terms of work ethic, attitude, and behavior.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Noisy, odours, hot.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player, initiative.
