Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, team player.
