Care Partners Support Specialist

Overview
CarePartners is one of Ontario's largest accredited home health care providers, delivering quality services to approximately 72,000 patients each year. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will play an integral role in our team, promoting independence for patients in home and community care settings by assisting with daily living activities.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our PSW team in the Tilbury area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal care, household tasks, respite care, and medication assistance.
- Promote a safe environment by demonstrating proper body mechanics, safe transfer techniques, and home safety practices.
- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients.
Requirements:
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent qualification.
- Current vulnerable sector check screening and clear background check.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle.
The estimated salary range for this position is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
