Learning Experience Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Experience Architect to join our team at D2L. As a Learning Experience Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall learning experience for our clients, ensuring that our software is accessible, engaging, and effective in transforming the way the world learns.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Experience Strategy: Develop and implement learning experience strategies that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring that our software is used to its full potential.
- User Experience Design: Design and develop user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and effective, taking into account the needs and preferences of our clients and their learners.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, subject matter experts, and delivery teams, to ensure that learning experiences are aligned with client vision and goals.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze learning needs and develop solutions that meet client requirements, using data and research to inform design decisions.
- Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning experience design, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our work.
- 10+ years of experience in user experience design and/or developing learning solutions across different learning segments.
- Demonstrated experience working with client stakeholders and supporting program delivery.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices, including the ADDIE model, adult learning principles, interactive learning design, and blended learning techniques.
- Ability to take abstract visions and goals and translate them into valuable deliverables.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range of $95,250-$116,750 CAD.
