Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support SCD Assistants in providing direct service to children with support needs
- Provide case management for families and children on your caseload
- Conduct community inclusion consultations in childcare centers
- Collaborate with childcare settings and families to promote inclusive practices
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inclusive childcare settings
- Strong knowledge of family-centered practice, early intervention, and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
