Award-winning OneSky Community Resources is a dynamic not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in our community.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to provide exceptional care for children aged 0 – 36 months.

Under the guidance of the Site Leader or designate, the ECEA will lead engaging activities to stimulate and develop the intellectual, physical, and emotional growth of the children.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development principles and a proven ability to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will have completed the following three ECE courses:

  • Child Development
  • Child Guidance
  • Child Health, Safety, and Nutrition

A combination of related training and experience may also be considered.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Successful completion of a criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
  • Standard First Aid and CPR
  • Food Safe Certification would be an asset
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
