Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at North Star Subs Inc. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Ensure that our store is well-merchandised, with attractive displays and promotions that drive sales.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
As a Food Store Supervisor at North Star Subs Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and use a combination of sitting and standing.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You will work closely with our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our sales targets.
- Organized: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Team Player: You will work as part of a team, contributing to the success of our store and our company.
