Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Mechanic Assistant at 1178441 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide support to our tradespersons and apprentices in various tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespersons and apprentices with tasks such as moving equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and cleaning machines and work areas.
  • Help with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and bending.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our team works in a rural area with a variety of work sites. You will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
