We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Land Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Project Manager - Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including establishing communication protocols, managing project financials, and ensuring a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project execution
  • Establish communication protocols for the project
  • Manage project financials and establish cost controls
  • Ensure a safe workplace and participate in safety meetings
  • Manage shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for crew members
  • Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation between projects
  • Instruct and supervise project team members
  • Review project staff's work to ensure it meets expectations
  • Review project charges for accuracy
  • Complete additional reporting as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Geomatics or Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Safety tickets are an asset
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to work at remote project locations
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and equipment-specific software
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Able to instruct crew members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge of the type of project being worked on
