Physiotherapist - Community Care Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team at Spark Lifecare. As a community-based Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized Physiotherapy services in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored Physiotherapy plans for clients with diverse needs and goals
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent client outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements:
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
