Responsibilities- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures, physician orders, and the resident plan of care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
- Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.
- Manage medications, including ordering, administration, and documentation, in accordance with established procedures.
- Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive resident records.
