We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Spark Lifecare. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized rehabilitation services in the community, with some in-clinic support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to clients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic, concussion, neurorehabilitation, pelvic health, pediatric, geriatric, and chronic pain.
  • Work collaboratively with Rehabilitation Assistants and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in Physiotherapy to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Computer skills (i.e. Google Docs, G Suite).
  • Experience working within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
