Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to work in our long term and acute care facilities in the Embrun area.
- Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and resident plans of care.
- To utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure excellent nursing and personal care in assigned home areas.
- Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive resident orientations, and safe transfers and discharges.
Requirements:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Able to work with persons with infectious diseases.
- BLS Certificate and Valid First Aid & CPR.
- Proof of current immunizations and negative TB skin test within one year, as well as Hepatitis B.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible shift times, including eight or twelve hour shifts, with the ability to 'float' between units.
