Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Vancouver Coastal Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Provide Patient Care
Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy, and provide nursing services to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures.
Collaborate with Healthcare TeamConsult with appropriate members of the healthcare team to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and monitor patients' progress.
Work in a Dynamic EnvironmentWork in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting, providing care to patients with a variety of needs and conditions.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work, and a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Language and CommunicationFluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
