Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a Casual Opportunity, which means you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures.
- Operate within the scope of practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and unit-specific protocols.
About this Role:
This position is part of the Lillooet Hospital & Health Centre team, which provides a range of medical, palliative, maternity, and emergency services. As an LPN, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
