At Tom's Family Restaurant, we are looking for an experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • We require a detail-oriented candidate who can inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is always stocked and ready for service.
    • Cleanliness is paramount in our fast-paced restaurant environment, so you must be able to clean kitchen and work areas effectively.
  • Work Conditions:
    • This role requires standing for extended periods, and you should be comfortable with repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.
    • To succeed in this role, you must have attention to detail and be able to multitask efficiently.
