Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at WrapN'Roll inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve high-quality food production and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
