Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient customer service operations
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work performed by customer service representatives
  • Prepare and submit reports on customer service performance and trends
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to customer service representatives to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives
  • Perform same duties as customer service representatives to ensure understanding of their roles and responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work of customer service representatives
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
