We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals - Ottawa East. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our clients in the luxury real estate market.

**About the Role**

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with one of the top real estate brokerages in Ottawa, utilizing your administrative skills to ensure seamless communication between our clients and their customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Publishing real estate listings onto MLS
  • Inputting and publishing information into MLS as well as company's website
  • Placing lockboxes on new client listings/properties
  • Completing forms and templates, as well as proofreading documents, listings, and contracts
  • Performing general office support functions as required

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience publishing real estate listings onto MLS
  • 1-2 years' administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Real estate license an asset but not mandatory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – grammar/attention to detail test will be administered
  • Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license

**Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience. This is a fully in-office position, Monday to Friday, 9:30pm, with occasional weekend/evening commitments.
