Programmatic Media Strategist

As a leading programmatic trading team, we're seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic Media to join our dynamic team in Montreal. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in programmatic media, looking to take their expertise to new heights and mentor others within the team.
The RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager, Programmatic Media to lead our programmatic media programs for top Canadian clients to unprecedented success. Your responsibilities will span beyond campaign setup, focusing on advanced strategy formulation, maintaining vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional client service. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Media Experts, and colleagues to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational excellence. You'll also provide coaching and training to junior colleagues, supporting the Supervisor on the team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media campaigns across various DSPs, emphasizing advanced tactics and optimization.
- Drive strategic discussions and provide high-level recommendations that drive campaign success.
- Mitigate campaign issues with swift resolution, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape.
- Promote campaign documentation and ensure adherence to process enhancements aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Elevate campaign monitoring and optimization efforts, using data modeling and advanced analysis to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Maintain transparency with stakeholders through comprehensive and insightful reporting.
- Foster innovation within the team, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution discussions with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Share expertise and insights internally and with clients, reinforcing our position as industry leaders in programmatic media.
We're committed to providing a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy:
