Job Description

Lone Stars Bartenders bring the sizzle We are seeking a fun, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to join our front of house team. As a Bartender, you will create memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in some cases an additional section near the bar.
  • Create our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, and pour our selection of wine and beers.
  • Prep and clean the bar pre and post shift. Prep work includes making our signature margarita mix, changing kegs, preparing garnishes for service, etc.
  • Work with the service team to have drinks prepared in a timely manner for guests within the dining room.
  • Help manage the audio visual (Music, Lighting, TV programming, etc) for the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve Certified.
  • The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Previous bartending experience is not required but is an asset.
