Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team on the Darlington New Nuclear Project. As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing engineering and construction programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working under a nuclear quality program and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive work packages, identifying deviations from design documents, and providing assurance that construction activities are performed according to approved policy and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering and construction programs, including defining project plans, activities, milestones, and manpower requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive work packages in cooperation with construction and engineering teams.
  • Identify, report, and secure approval for deviations from design documents as they occur and before release to construction.
  • Provide assurance that construction activities are performed in accordance with written and approved policy, standards, programs, and applicable procedures.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience working under a nuclear quality program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
