We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing institutional developments.
- A strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Prior knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable building practices is an asset.
- Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
