We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task management
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives
- Establish and manage work schedules to optimize sales performance
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Client-focused and results-driven
- Dental and health care plans
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week
- English language of work
