Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Analysis Services: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive business analysis services for clients, including business process transformation and requirements analysis for large and small projects.
  • Design and Develop Applications: Analyze business requirements to design and develop applications that meet stated business needs, including the impact of projects across the portfolio.
  • Provide Leadership and Expertise: Provide leadership and technical expertise to clients, advising on the use of information technology to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate Technical Implementation: Coordinate technical implementation procedures and conduct program and module tests.
Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Well-versed in IT project and development methodologies, including industry-standard practices such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.
  • Possesses domain knowledge or familiarity with technologies such as C#,.NET and MS SQL.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in leading application development.
  • Experience collaborating with project, architecture/design and development staff and provided subject matter expertise in all aspects of software design and development, including the construction of complex system design solutions, research/selection, and proof-of-concept assignments.

Research, Analysis, and Communication Skills

  • You have research, analytical, interpretive reasoning, and problem-solving skills to assess, identify and coordinate/manage problems and incidents.
  • You can recommend solutions, ensure compatibility and consistency of systems, business, privacy, and security processes, and participate in the implementation of approved strategies.
  • You have evaluative skills to assess client requirements.
  • You have problem-solving skills and can complete complex analyses for integration projects.
  • You have demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • You have excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have facilitation, mediation, consensus-building, influencing and persuasion skills to gain support.
  • You can prepare documents including in-depth reports, briefing materials, presentation decks project documentation and correspondence.

Systems Analysis and Development Skills

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • You have proven experience in facilitating and reviewing client business requirements and building solutions.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge of commonly used business software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, JIRA, TEAMS) used in an IT work environment.

Project Management and Decision-Making Skills

  • You have demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes to develop, lead and implement projects.
  • You have demonstrated experience in providing leadership, coaching/mentoring, guidance, and technical expertise to other members of the team.
  • You have proven experience in leading IT system responses to business requirements and facilitating communications with stakeholders.
  • You understand business needs and match technology solutions to business requirements.
