Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate events and conferences that exceed client expectations, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Registration and Content Management: Create and manage event registration and content within our online event app, providing a seamless experience for attendees and enhancing client engagement.
  • Agenda Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging agendas for programs, events, and conferences, fostering participation and interaction among attendees.
  • Speaker Management: Organize presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and meetings with event speakers, ensuring diverse and enriching content.
  • Content Strategy: Participate in content strategy development for programs, events, and conferences, collaborating with creative teams on marketing materials to effectively communicate key messages and enhance the attendee experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Cooperate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication throughout event planning and execution, keeping attendees informed and engaged.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge and skills, using logic and discernment to identify suitable solutions, and provide quality service to colleagues and clients to foster loyalty to ISAAC Instruments' culture and brand.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, events management, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, events management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong event planning, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and experience in budgeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing business relationships.
  • Data analysis skills for evaluating event success.
  • Project management expertise, with experience in event coordination.
  • Valid passport and driver's license.
