About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives and goals.
    • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • HR Operations
    • Manage and execute HR transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Labour Relations
    • Manage and resolve complex employee and labour relations issues.
    • Conduct effective investigations and provide guidance on labour relations matters.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, managers, and employees.
    • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and labour relations.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment with a union-represented employee population.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
