We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment availability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Evaluate and schedule maintenance work using CMMS software to ensure efficient and organized maintenance activities.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for 3rd party maintenance service providers.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost.
- Represent Refresco's interests towards authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
- Compile and provide reports related to area of responsibility.
- Degree with three years' experience in Journeymen or equivalent in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering and/or industrial, mechanical, electrical PLC (Systems and Controls) maintenance planning.
- Strong technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance, including relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
- Ability to read and understand complex diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Objective judgment and fact-based decision-making approach.
- Strong multi-tasking competency.
