**Key Accountabilities**:

- Is responsible for providing optimized maintenance plans and schedules for predictive, preventive, routine, scheduled and emergency maintenance services to production, utility operations and infrastructure systems as necessary to provide for safe operations, regulatory compliance and equipment availability related to equipment and systems plant wide.
- Acts as the coordinator for planned activities and is one of the principle contacts between the maintenance, corporate engineering and operations teams. The planner helps to ensure the area, department or facility in which they are assigned receives professional maintenance service in a timely manner to meet cost, delivery and performance goals and objectives.
- Assist in the development of the maintenance group/organization and related guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- Evaluates and schedules maintenance work utilizing CMMS software.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for 3rd party maintenance service providers.
- Supports continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost Work in an interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
- Represent Refresco’s interests towards authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
- Develops and communicates the impact of maintenance planned and scheduled work within weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and updates (following the CMOS) as part of the plant business operations
- Will work with all plant groups & levels and within each of the aspect of the equipment maintenance team, including suppliers and OEM representatives, contractors and safety systems support vendors, internal and external auditors, and all SQF, GMP and Supply Chain (purchasing) groups)
- Will optimize and effectively accomplish all work and work orders (from break down to condition based) and lead in the development of rules and controls over the planning and scheduling efforts as they develop process and procedures for planning and scheduling
- Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
- Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements
- Develop and maintain an active directory/database of parts, equipment and work orders.
- Ensure the requirements of regulatory agencies, inspectors and auditors are satisfied

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Demonstrates expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, with the ability to learn how to effectively use maintenance software to input data and research parts. Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability and capability to perform and succeed in an environment of schedule and cost pressure. Capability to professionally deal with changing priorities and requirements.
- Thorough technical knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance, including relevant regulations, standards and codes. Ability to read and understand complex diagrams. Capable of MOS leadership skills combined with team player attitude. Thorough understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices. Ability to read and understand complex piping diagrams and mechanical drawings. Objective judgment and fact based decision making approach. Strong multi-tasking competency

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree with three years’ experience in Journeymen or equivalent (or higher level education) in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering and/or industrial, mechanical, electrical PLC (Systems and Controls) maintenance planning. or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in logistics and planning with 3+ years of experience - 10+ years combined professional experience in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering and/or industrial mechanical /electrical / PLC / Controls systems maintenance planning.
