Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Deviation Resolution Expert to join our team at Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company. As a key member of our department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author deviations, investigations, and CAPAs for manufacturing processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with QA and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and industry standards.
  • Participate in audits, data gathering, and analysis to drive process improvements and meet quality targets.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in GMP requirements, pharmaceutical practices, and regulatory agencies such as HC and FDA.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in top-tier biopharmaceutical environments.

Salary and Benefits:

The target base pay for this position is $26.50 - $36.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
