Sonova AG, a global leader in innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a skilled Complaint Handling Specialist to join their team.

Job Description

This role involves processing complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with established procedures and applicable laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording and evaluating complaint submissions, supporting investigations, and preparing risk assessments as needed.

The selected individual will interact with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, and R&D, to analyze complaints and communicate with healthcare providers and patients to gather relevant information.

In addition to complaint analysis, the Complaint Handling Specialist will coordinate with other departments to provide data reports and receive returned goods for engineering analysis when required. They will also review and close complaint files.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, audiology, quality, or regulatory & compliance disciplines. Relevant experience in the medical device industry or complaint specialist roles is an asset.

Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving methodologies, analytical thinking, and technical writing expertise. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and familiarity with additional languages (French, German, Spanish) is considered an asset.
