Salary & Benefits

About the Role
As a Maintenance Coordinator at WestRock, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include planning maintenance work, coordinating with contractors, managing inventory, and tracking environmental compliance. You will be the main point of contact for OEM contacts, contractors, and regulatory bodies, providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our organization. You will manage and track maintenance budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations to justify budget deviations. You will coordinate the work of maintenance contractors with production schedules, identify parts required for necessary maintenance efforts, and plan/budget for their acquisition. You will also order raw material inventory, machinery spare parts, site supplies, and janitorial supplies, complete purchase requisitions, and check/correctly code invoices to match purchase orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or associate's/bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of five years' experience in manufacturing industry in both maintenance coordination, purchasing, and inventory management is required. Knowledge of Flexographic printing is an asset, as is a proven track record of analytical skills that drive decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong computer skills, including JDE, Excel, and Microsoft, are essential. You must be able to adapt and take action in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
