About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for facility maintenance and upgrades.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or replacements of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
