About the Role
As a District Sales Supervisor, you will be the vital link between all the stores you oversee. You will be responsible for driving sales and customer service, ensuring all stores operate in compliance with brand and visual presentation standards, and providing guidance to store managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer service in all stores under your supervision
- Ensure all stores operate in compliance with brand and visual presentation standards
- Provide guidance and support to store managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the sales director to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 7 years of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a multi-store environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly goal-oriented and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate, and follow up
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Pro-active and innovative
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
