Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at MARY BROWNS CHICKEN. This position is responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient use of resources
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best prices and quality
  • Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
