Health Information Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Practitioner to join our team at Saskatchewan Cancer Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for releasing patient information, performing quantitative analysis, and ensuring the quality of patient data.
Key Responsibilities- Release of patient information in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct quantitative analysis to identify trends and patterns in patient data
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Health Information Management from an accredited institution
- Active membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA)
- Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft applications
- Excellent human relations skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and the public
This is a full-time regular position with a salary range of $27.803 to $32.537 per hour, paid bi-weekly. As a member of our team, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, pension plan, and employee assistance program.
