Administrative Coordinator

X-Axis Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures
- Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Office Support
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
- Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administrative Activities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Reporting and Budgeting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Training and Development
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Conflict Resolution
- Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
