Equipment Support Services Manager

Brandt is a leading provider of heavy-duty equipment and aftermarket services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Equipment Support Services Manager to join our team in Barrie, Ontario.
Job SummaryThe Equipment Support Services Manager will oversee the sales and delivery of after-market support services for heavy-duty equipment, including component diagnostics, repair, and replacement. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service workflow, enforcing standards and policies to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and manage the Service Department budget to meet financial and operational goals.
- Prepare quotes for customer work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect and operate customer equipment as part of resolving concerns and diagnostics.
- Monitor service revenue and expenses monthly, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all work is performed according to established safety and industry standards.
- Review employee performance against goals on an ongoing basis, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and branch personnel at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to learning and applying new knowledge and skills.
- Proficient in using work-related desktop applications and web-based productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, set priorities, and achieve objectives and goals.
- Strong customer service orientation with sound judgment when dealing with customers.
- Must be able to travel to customer worksites, operating and working around heavy equipment as required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
