Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our Dawson Creek location. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pharmacy team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal pharmacy operations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to promote healthy living and quality patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body
  • Completed BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only)
  • Completed Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP)
  • Injection Certification
  • Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience
