Salary Range
The estimated annual salary range for this position is CAD $141,494.00 - CAD $155,643.00 per year, reflecting the complexity and expertise required for this role.
About the Role
This full-time opportunity is part of Vancouver Coastal Health's Downtown Eastside Youth Outreach team, where you will work alongside social workers, youth care workers, RNs, and Indigenous Peer advocates to engage with harder-to-reach youth and young adults.
You will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, diagnosing diseases, prescribing medications, and participating in health teams. Your expertise will contribute to population-based prevention and health promotion strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- A current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Four years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience
- Able to perform the full scope of NP duties and responsibilities
- Ability to apply knowledge of developmental stages, behavioral sciences, pathophysiology, psychopathology, epidemiology, and evidence-based practice to clinical diagnosis and patient management
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
