Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of over 20 people.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
