- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Access, and MS Office to manage our restaurant's operations and maintain accurate records.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability in all aspects of your work.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
