Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare, providing exceptional nursing care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies and physician's orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, medication, and other essential information.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Long Term Care Act, Program Standards for Long Term Care, and other pertinent Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statutes.
