GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unregulated Care Provider for a Retirement home in Wallaceburg.

As an **Unregulated Care Provider (UCP)** you will be responsible to provide direct personal care and other high-quality services to the residents in accordance with their health care needs.

**All positions within GHHS require**:

- Minimum **9 months experience** working in a **long-term care **setting is required
- Successful completion of the **Personal Support Worker (PSW) program**:

- **Pharmacology or Medication Administration Certification** is required
- COVID passport with QR showing at least **3 doses** of the vaccine is required
- **Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months** is required
- **Immunization records** (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
- Current **N95 and CPR** certificates

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
