Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jagdambay Auto Service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask with ease, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a smooth operation of the workplace.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Record-Keeping: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, document and prepare invoices and work orders, and receive and issue payments.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
