Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating patient intake, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and external customers to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, medical records, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collect payments at time of service and process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
